The Wayouts are an eclectic band that fuses music from multiple genres tastefully. Their sound has a heavy focus on the lead vocals of Cheryl Peterson (St. Paul, MN), and the keyboard antics of Matt Suomi (Witchita, KS). The band’s unique sound is retro, synthy keyboards, groove-heavy drums from Kris Schaefer (St. Paul, MN). Tom Osier (Marquette MI), is on lead guitar, and Rod Gendron (Munising, MI) fills the gaps with funky bass, vocals, & acoustic guitar.
