A 50% refund will be given for registrations canceled before January 1st. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to give any refunds for cancelations after January 1st or to participants who register but don’t make it to the festival. In the past, we’ve allowed people to trade or sell their registrations, but we can no longer do this. Michigan Ice Fest will refund equipment/clinic fees only if the festival cancels the demo or clinic. Registration fees are non refundable.
