Michigan Ice Fest participants were first introduced to Trango when our friend Malcolm Daly made the pilgrimage from his home in Colorado to the ice here in Munising.  This year we are excited to announce that Trango is returning in full force to the Michigan Ice Fest!

When Trango launched, it was largely a distributor of products, but the company has since developed a line of unique and standard climbing gear and brought other climbing-inspired brands under its umbrella. Besides ice climbing and mountaineering gear, and makers of the Raptor ice tool, Trango also distributes many other climbing products as well as owning eGrips, a rock-climbing hold that produces climbing grips in Colorado; Stonewear Designs, which makes women’s clothing for the rock-climbing & yoga,  as well as being the U.S. distributor for Spanish rock-climbing shoe company Tenaya.
