As we get packed up and ready for Ice Fest just a note on conditions.  Many seeps are in but another weekend of warm weather has some waterfalls and top outs thin!  If you are heading in to the back country note that trails are packed along the Lakeshore Trail out to Dairyland, Chapel to HMR and Chapel to Y Climb.  If you are planning on hitting the backcountry, it is recommened to bring snowshoes or skis as the snow is currently quite soft.

On another note, there is no shelf ice along the Lakeshore. Please keep this in mind when planning trip into the backcountry.  When you get to town please stop by the American Legion Hall for the latest beta on climbs that are in.
