Just returned from a recon trip to Munising and am excited to say things are looking pretty darn good for this time of year!   Our rainy fall and early season cold conditions have been producing fabulous ice making conditions in the Upper Peninsula.  Ice is starting to form on the major climbs and it looks like we will be able to get on most climbs between Christmas and New Years.  Getting on some of these climbs to early just might set us back…..so be patient and keep checking back for weekly updates!
